Running again.

I’ve finally started running on the treadmill again and I’m glad that I am still in some shape. I’m starting slow and only running 2.5 min of every 5 min for 30 min and then I’m going to do less walking and more running each week until I can run for 30 min straight. When I first started getting on the treadmill when I was at my heaviest I was having a hard time walking for 20 min straight.
But when I can run for 30 min straight I will start training for a half marathon. I’m excited. I really am looking forward to feeling better physical and mentally by running. I mean who doesn’t feel better about themselves when they know that they are doing something good for themselves and start looking better as well?
Well, Time for bed. Need to have energy to get back on the mill tomorrow.
